Complaints

We handle appropriate complaints to your satisfaction by following a particular settlement and in the spirit of valid system of law

Buyer is obliged to examine goods after their receiving to find out appropriate defects

Buyer is obliged to notify appropriate defects without delay.

We do not warrant for defects caused by carrier.

Statute of limitation of 24 months relates to all goods, if it is not stated otherwise. Guarantee relates to manufacturing defects only.

Guarantee does not relate to:

a) defects caused by natural using

b) defects caused by misusing of product

c) by storage in bad conditions

Procedure of complaint:

1) brief us on your complaint by telephone, by e-mail or by letter

2) send the goods in original package as a registered parcel (not COD) to our address

3) place a copy of tax certificate to the dispatch and give the reason of your complaint

We handle your complaint as soon as possible, within 30 days from the reporting of the issue at the latest
